Matt, Thanks so much for a great job on catering our daughter's wedding on June 20. We received so many nice comments from our guests about the great food and great service. In particular, the wedding cake was fantastic! Most wedding cakes aren't all that tasty but yours was great. Thanks so much for helping to create a perfect wedding day for us.

I have been involved in organising residential events for nearly 20 years and have never been more impressed with a chef's ability to produce a rich and tasty menu. All the delegates were very impressed. I hope to bring him to cater for some of my events in Ireland. Truly an international talent!
